In the past, I've shied away from providing web services as the process works much better as a collaboration and with a project team. There are a lot of components and variables that go into a website, not just interface design (my part and the part you see). Projects need to be managed efficiently from concept to completion; site architecture and wireframes need to be carefully developed in close consort with the client's need; social media opportunities need to be explored; sites need to be coded -- front end and back end; QA and testing need to be done; and content managment needs to be expertly recommended and developed. It's Annual Report Time

It's been a hot summer so we're all having a tough time focusing on the months ahead of us (all we really want to plan for is how to stay all day in the air conditioning). However, the time has come to open up your spreadsheets, sharpen your pencils, and start writing. Fall is a perfect time to tell donors what you've been up to for the past year.
