Ritz crackers? Need I say more!
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- Ritz crackers
- 1 ½ cup chopped, cooked ham
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 3 cups milk
- ¼ cup butter
Heat oven to 325º. Combine macaroni, ham, cheese, onion, and mustard; pour into a well-greased casserole dish. Cover mixture with crackers. Pour milk over mixture, making certain to wet the crackers. Dot with butter and bake for 1 hour, until top is browned.
Serves 6.
