Classroom Inc. 2011 Annual Report

For Classroom, Inc.’s 2011 Annual Report, KV Design produced both print and interactive versions. The printed version (shown here) takes advantage of the layout and typographic flexibility inherent in the print environment, but the Flash version allowed us to keep many of the same design elements, but actually take it one step further by using some of the new interactive features of InDesign. Acting as a hybrid of print and web, this new online annual report almost looks like a printed document (using spreads and a more non-traditional layout), but it also capitalizes on the great features that the web has to offer (video, movement, sound, and time-based media).
