Kerstin Vogdes Diehn
Kerstin Vogdes Diehn is the founder and owner of KV Design in the New York City metro area. Her main areas of expertise include project management, print design, large format graphics, and branding solutions. Kerstin specializes in working with nonprofit organizations and teaches design and design-related software at in the masters of publishing program at Pace University. She has also taught graphic design at FIT and the Art Institute of New York.
Kerstin has a masters degree in communications design from Pratt Institute and an undergraduate degree in literature from American University. Fascinated by books her whole life, Kerstin brings a unique literary aesthetic to her visual work. She loves working with type and welcomes large-scale book and magazine projects.
She has two cats, Sookie and Dante who serves as studio assistants. She has a son, Nate, whom she is training to be a fine typographer. He currently likes the number “6” because when flipped, it makes a “9.”
